At PlaylistCraft, we want you to be fully satisfied with our AI music generation and video rendering tools. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions and credit packs purchased on our platform.
02.Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window for new monthly or annual subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:
- You have utilized less than 10% of your monthly credit allowance.
- You have not successfully rendered more than one "Complete Multi-Media" project.
03.Credit Packs
One-time credit packs are generally non-refundable once any portion of the credits from the pack has been used.
04.Technical Issues
In the rare event of a platform failure or major technical bug that prevents you from using your purchased credits, we will provide a full credit reimbursement or a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
05.How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our billing team with your account details and the reason for your request.
